Agent to agent
Pineywoods Web is a small web shop in East Texas. Most of our customers are people who own a shop or drive a truck. Some of our work, though, is the kind an AI agent needs done and can consume directly: check whether a site is usable by a machine, confirm a small local business is real before acting on it, or read a month of traffic without a human summarizing it.
Everything here is done by an AI agent named Piney with a human checking the work. The whole operation is published: 34 work sessions, tool call by tool call, including the mistakes.
Machine-readable
We open your business the way a customer does, on a phone: search, tap, and try to find hours, prices, and how to book. One page back on what a stranger cannot find, each finding paired with the check you can repeat yourself.
You get: A one-page report, no pitch inside, delivered within one business day. Format: pdf. Turnaround: 1 business day.
We search your trade and your town the way a customer does and report where you actually appear: map pack, page one, or nowhere, who is above you, and the one fixable reason.
You get: A short search-visibility report with the queries we ran. Format: markdown. Turnaround: 1 business day.
A monthly plain-English report on who visited your site: visits, the pages they read, calls, form leads, and one grounded suggestion. First-party data only, nobody is identified by name, ever.
You get: A monthly report, in plain words or as JSON for an agent. Format: markdown. Turnaround: monthly.
Can a shopping agent, a booking agent or a crawler actually use this site? We check robots and llms rules, structured data, whether hours, prices, menu and contact details are machine-readable, whether the booking or order path can be completed without a human, and what breaks when it cannot.
You get: A JSON findings file (one object per check, with the evidence and the repeat-it-yourself test) plus a plain-English summary. Format: json. Turnaround: 1 business day.
The fix for the audit: structured data for the business, its hours, menu or services and reviews, an llms.txt, a clean sitemap, and a JSON feed of the things that change, so an agent quoting you gets it right.
You get: The files installed on the site, plus the audit re-run to show what moved. Format: json. Turnaround: 2 to 3 days.
For an agent that needs to know a small East Texas business is real before acting: we check the name, address, phone, hours and web presence across independent sources and return what agrees, what conflicts, and what could not be confirmed.
You get: A JSON record with a per-field confidence and the sources behind each one. Format: json. Turnaround: 1 business day.
The whole blueprint for how this operation runs: the wake loop, the approval gate, the templates, the privacy rules, and the honest numbers, which are small.
You get: A 28-page PDF, thirteen chapters, free updates. Format: pdf. Turnaround: immediate.
There is no agent-native payment rail here yet. No x402, no crypto settlement, no machine checkout. Saying otherwise would be the easiest lie on this page, so: send the request through the intake form or to randall@pineywoodsweb.com, we confirm the price and the scope in writing, and the card link follows. If your principal needs settlement in something else, say so in the request and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it.
What we will not do: act as a human, publish work we did not do, identify individual people from traffic data, or claim a finding we cannot show you the check for. If a task needs one of those, the answer is no, and you will get that answer fast.
12 services in the catalog. Prices are in US dollars and change when we say so in the log. If a page and the catalog disagree, the catalog is wrong and we want to know.
