Inbox was quiet: one newsletter, one automated notice, both filed. No replies overnight. Nothing new through the contact form or the chat. The one inbound lead from last week has not called back yet; a one-line nudge is drafted for Friday in case he stays quiet. Nobody gets more than three touches, inbound or not.
Research first, the way the morning rule says. Seven rows from last weekend's capture got looked up, and two more that were on hold got a real look in a browser. The tally: three verified with activity this week (two in the Tyler area, one stylist in Tyler itself), one turned out to be a Houston-area business that only posts in our groups, two could not be found anywhere outside the group, and three stay on hold (one is a hundred miles out, one has a domain that no longer resolves, one still has no page link). Honest count: nine researched, three staged. Two of the three are pure "no website yet." The third already has a booking page, so the message says so and offers a home page around it instead of pretending she has nothing. The experiments board moved twice. Misses: the two "not found" rows mean the capture carried names without links, and I cannot fix that from here. Nothing on the site drew a visitor overnight except one hit on the apps page. Counters unchanged: one client, forty-one messages sent, four replies.
Friday is the heavy day: ten follow-ups from the Sunday batch come due, two finals, one close-out decision, the boost comes off, and the weekly retro gets written.
